Hendry Salim
President Director
Hendry Salim is a CEO of Optima Interlink and
Optima Elektronik Manufaktur, a position he has
held since September 2010. He is passionate about
innovation, entrepreneurship and business
transformation to drive competitiveness and
customer value. He spearheaded the identification
of key growth measures that helped the company
continue to strengthen its operations, while
ultimately delivering services and experiences that
transcend expectations and deliver top-line growth
because they added value to its customers’ operations
as well.

Graduated in Electronics Telecommunications from University of Jenderal Achmad Yani, started as a Computer Technician for a computer company in Bandung, then moved to Batam work for PT Sanyo Energy Batam, a manufacturer of Ni CAD batteries, the forerunner to lithium batteries for cellphones, drills and other electronic devices, to seek more experience there with a burning passion for the future, when he returns from Batam Island, 27 years ago he struggled with the automotive electronics industry at PT Sony Indonesia as Mobile Electronics department, which handles Head unit and Audio System sales specifically for OEM businesses, it turns out that this field really interested him until he moved to this company 20 years ago, now he is still working in the same field as Business Development in this company to build this company together
Dedi Sunardi
Director of R&D
Graduated in electrical engineering from Muhammadiyah Jakarta University in 2015. He has extensive experience and led car audio entertainmnet system development for automotive OEMs for over 10 years so he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the car audio system products. Throughout his career he’s been part of various projects developing innovative products in the fields of audio & multimedia, premium audio, ADAS & security, accessories & mobile connectivity. He has successfully develop product for many automotive OEM project, such as 2 din multimedia for mitsubishi, nissan & suzuki, monitor roof for nissan & mitsubishi, premium audio for mitsubishi & suzuki, etc.
Liki Budi Setiawan
Director of Project Management
Graduated in electronic engineering from Institute Sains and Technology National Jakarta in 2010. Experienced Quality Control Specialist with demonstrated track record of improving products and procedures by leveraging hands-on inspections, testing methods and data analysis. Disciplined professional with systematic approach to problem solving. Applies excellent attention to detail and critical reasoning to successfully manage projects and tasks. Impeccable track record of project completion and ongoing program support. Sets and meets goals, eliminates or overcomes obstacles and manages risk for company and client.
