Chief Executive Officer
Hendry Salim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Optima Elektronik Manufaktur, a leadership role he has held since September 2010. With a deep commitment to innovation and entrepreneurial growth, he drives the company’s strategic direction to enhance competitiveness and deliver meaningful value to customers. Under his leadership, Optima has strengthened its operational capabilities and consistently provided outstanding services that surpass expectations and support sustained revenue growth.
Hideki Kuwata
Director of Business Development
Hideki Kuwata has been Director of Business Development since August 2022. In this role, he focuses on accelerating business growth, increasing market reach, and strengthening Optima’s position in automotive audio solutions. He brings extensive expertise in OEM car audio sales and product planning, particularly with Japanese automotive manufacturers operating in Indonesia, enabling impactful contributions to strategic product initiatives.
Renaldy Santoso
Director of Marketing
Renaldy Santoso holds a degree in Electronics Telecommunications and began his career as a computer technician in Bandung before gaining further experience at PT Sanyo Energy Batam. Driven by a strong passion for the automotive electronics industry, he later worked in OEM sales for Sony Indonesia’s Mobile Electronics division. His enduring commitment to this field ultimately led him to join Optima, where he continues to lead marketing and business development efforts grounded in deep industry knowledge.
Dedi Sunardi
Director of R&D
Dedi Sunardi graduated in Electrical Engineering and brings over a decade of product development expertise in automotive audio systems for OEM clients. He possesses deep technical knowledge across multiple product domains—including audio & multimedia, premium audio, ADAS & security systems, and connectivity solutions. Throughout his career, Dedi has successfully delivered innovative products for automotive manufacturers, including multimedia systems and premium audio solutions tailored for several major brands.
Liki Budi Setiawan
Director of Project Management
Liki Budi Setiawan is an electronics engineering graduate with a strong background in quality control and project execution. Known for his systematic problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, he ensures seamless planning and delivery of complex projects. His disciplined approach and ability to manage risks and challenges effectively contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the company’s goals and commitments to clients.
